My experience with Online Survey Software

I’ve used several online survey software, including Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, and Typeform.

If you have time, get started with Google Forms and see if it will do the trick. If yes, there’s no need to pay for online survey software. If not, try one of the other options on the market with a free trial.

I think Typeform is great if you prioritize the look and feel of the survey, especially if you want to visualize it in a way that takes it one question at a time, not to overwhelm the user.

I think SurveyMonkey is a safe bet for many, given that it’s one of the leaders in the space. It’s unlikely that it will lack the functionality you need, but you may find that other platforms have templates and characteristics you prefer.

With any online survey software, it doesn’t take much time to set up an account and create a survey to experience firsthand what the UI and UX are like and if it suits you.

Figuring out the reporting capabilities of each online survey software takes a bit more time and effort, so if you’re interested in this area, consider spending more time researching it.
